They damn well know what would happen to most people in such a study, Nasa has done them, Russia has done some ridiculously long ones. They just want to test the public at large (so how does it affect not at the peak of health military types...who it effects profoundly).

You are far better off not having taken part. I have heard of kidney and liver damage. Also with the muscle loss I expect you would have required weeks of rehab to walk again.

By the way, the amount they offered Marc, while it sounds big, is actually at or below minimum wage, if you do the math.
