Listener Mailbag: Giovanni, Dum Stuf, Is This Girl Hot, Underage Listeners

What is Listener Giovanni's role in Low Budget FM? Why do we always talk about such dumb stuff? Is this girl hot? Like, seriously, how hot is she? Does Low Budget FM intentionally market itself to underage kids? What's the deal with Peoria, Arizona?

Thanks Craig, but I have to correct you that nobody is greater than Cioffi nor Chike Mioffi, he doesn't have blood coursing through his veins instead they're clogged full of greatness, it's a cloudy orange liquid unsafe to the touch btw.
I honestly thought the email address was a joke, I'll start using it for my criminal activities thanks for the heads up.

I'm just waiting for the day when Giovanni takes a flight down to L.A. and appears on both Adam and LBFM's shows!

I don't hate Cioffi, its just the whole "I don't have a gambling problem, I swear" shtick went from adorable to pathetic about 6 months ago. In truth, I probably wouldn't have found Low Budget if not for the Cioffi's involvement, I recognized his name from the Carolla show.

Thanks to John Salwin for the new faux-moniker. I'm not a rapper but it will work in my profession as well.

The people demand a jazzy Todbot.

I'm in love with the idea that Low Budget is a long con to get adult advertising to underage listeners.

Other subversive sponsors include Sears and The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival .

Charles, I hate to disappoint, but we tried to book Giovanni on his "Get Low Budget Signed to the Ace Network" tour, but his publicist turned us down, because we were not part of a major podcasting network.

hahahaha.

While listening to Megaboom, they discussed "throwing away" a dead possum, this wouldn't happed to have been "patches"(I can't remember your dumb name for him) would it? I got t listen to some other nebulously linked Cioffi cast in order to find out that LBfm's mascot is dead? what kind of shit is that, I don't remember an ep where you discusses the mascot death? If there is such an ep but for some reason I never heard it I will kill the internet.

I get it. He may be a fan, but he also has an image to protect.

Giovanni, come on, Adam himself will go on a high school radio school from Cedar Rapids, but his superfan highness is too good for Koreatown? Come on, did you forget your Seattle politeness? Maybe you need to come back, we'll go to Peets for a coffee and Top Pot for a donut, maybe hit up a Tom Douglas joint for some tasty grub!

And let that publicist of yours, Tiovanni T, know that Low Budget is a first rate broadcast!

The possum is dead? Someone else got to the story first? This is very, very disturbing indeed. Oh yeah Gio, thanks for the mention!

I'm not too good for anything Chuck, I don't want to in anyway taint LBfm in 100% honesty, I'm not some asshole who has to force my way onto every show I enjoy, "...hey Joss Whedon, how about you go and edit me into the old episodes of Buffy, I'd like to start in season 4....don't ask....".
If I ever get the chance it would be a blast to meet the gang, as far as superfans go Laxdude was the one to tip me off to LBfm very early on, like podcast 1 or so, he should definitely be on or at least a phoner so we can finally hear what he sounds like and then verbally abuse him for it.

If you want to thank anyone for the mention LBfm fans or cast, you should thank Mike Cioffi! He was the one to give me the go ahead to mention it and has been working on this behind the scenes for some time, if it ever happens it will be due to the talent involved in the show and the efforts of Cioffi.

Tod here is the episode in which the death(MURDER!?) of our beloved mascot is discussed, I believe they all spit on it's carcass then lit it ablaze on the floor, probably covered it with old magazines, if you shuffle the ground with your shoes during the next show you'll probably dredge up it's charred skeleton.

Very funny show, different style than LBfm and not in competition with it, great listen for LBfm fans though when they run out of new shit and they record in the barn and Cioffi is involved.

Listen GG, I'm just busting your balls, calm down!

Although, I think we can ALL agree, we don't want your taint touching anything in the barn, ew

Who else thinks that Cioffi probably has money on the line for the LBFM/Ace signup date? He's letting loose the GG dog now that his time window is coming up and he can collect that sweet, sweet moolah!
