I don't hate Seena as a person (I've never met her before) and I don't hate her on AMP (I've never listened to her on the radio) but I just dread her appearances on Low Budget.

If I had to identify Low Budget's Achilles hell it would be repeating jokes, bits and story lines to death:

Yes we know Marc and Cioffi like the trashy Spider Man half-shirts.

Yes we know Seena is capable of doing an imitation of an innocent, clueless girl trying her best to play a little radio with the professionals.

Yes we know Mike likes to gamble and does many illegal activities (I don't think there's been a single episode in the Post-Golden Age Era that this hasn't been mentioned.

I point out these flaws because I love, not because I hate. Seena might work on other shows, but alll she does is lead to the repetition of the tired out jokes and adds nothing when she is on LBFM.

Sounds like your problem is with us, not Seena.

Good Ep. Gio was a nice change of pace, and has never claimed to be a comedian. He is a superfan, part archivist, part angry, persecuted nerd.

Now I remember why I stopped commenting(not Craig), nobody was attempting jokes you envious pricks, so shut the fuck up, you probably suck at Excel but nobody here is posting about you should never try to be an accountant, shove it up your ass.

Without me and Lax championing this show through all it's rough waters it probably would've ended(host fatigue etc.), now it's strong enough to carry on without us tooting it's horn at every turn, but yeah if you like this show and started listening recently, shut your fucking mouth and don't type hate here.

1. The show plays like a conversation between 2 or most times 3 friends. Repetition of jokes and punchlines... That happens in life. I don't think we're all claiming to be stand-up comedians but even in stand-up there are repeating themes and jokes. From what I can tell, most listeners enjoy being part of the inside jokes they get from past episodes. #dong

2. I have ONE Spiderman shirt I have worn ONCE to a podcast taping and I own/wear it because I like Spiderman. I'm not really sure where I get that as being "trashy"... Maybe I should start wearing 5 inch clear heels and fishnets to the tapings to class up the joint? It's nice that you're judging something you have not even seen before. Pretty cool. If that was the only reason Marc and Mike liked having me around, WHY would they give me a SPEAKING role on their podcast? I'm sure they would want my mouth used for purposes other than talking...

3. Innocent and clueless? Hahahaha.... That's just funny to me. I don't think anyone has ever referred to me that way. Again, pretty cool. I'm pretty sure that listening to any show I've been on can clearly prove against your "innocent" claim, and that's just me being real.

4. As for your "playing a little radio with professionals" comment... Yes, I completely agree that Marc and Mike are both professionals and I wouldn't be doing this podcast if they weren't. As for me? Honey, I've been in broadcast media for almost 9 years (not to mention I have a University of California degree in the field). I make my living off of "playing radio" and it's going pretty damn well so I think I'm gonna keep doing it, and as long as Marc and Mike keep inviting me to do their show, I think I'll keep doing that as well. :]
