Cioffi requests a moment of silence for fallen mobster Whitey Bulger. Marc requests an explanation of who that is. Salwin tackles the Low Budget News Monster.
The show's suffering from a crippling addiction to iPhone games. A pro-guns organization wants to sponsor the show, and Cioffi feels it conflicts with his need to maintain a strong market for illegal guns. Marc had a couple of disastrous pitch meetings with TV networks, so he pitches the shows to Cioffi and Salwin to see where he went wrong. The show breaks down audio from Apple CEO Steve Jobs introducing the new Apple iCloud.
After watching Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals, Cioffi is ready to become a hockey fan. But which team? That's for sale. Plus: Was Return Of The Jedi actually a good movie, Salwin hits the News Monster with stories about eagles killing deer, Marc and Salwin disappoint Cioffi with their knowledge of Back To The Future 3 and much more.
Marc laments a decidedly first-world problem: he feels too restricted to do Low Budget FM as he'd like to do it. Plus: Cioffi laments a sad, unfunny comedy show in Hollywood. So really, a lot of lamenting.
Marc's amused by the apparent lack of prep that went into last week's shows. The hierarchy of the furries is discussed. The show presses forward with a Salwin-less News Monster.
